House Sitting / Dog Boarding: I have always owned dogs (usually 80-140 lbs) and been friends with many other dog owners. As a result of this, dog sitting was one of the first small jobs I ever had. I'm used to visiting/staying at other's houses to watch dogs as well as bringing the dogs back to my house to spend time there while their owners are away. I love giving dogs a lot of attention which includes plenty of walks, playing with toys, and of course copious amounts of petting. My girlfriend and I live in a large house so if your dog is coming over to stay for awhile, there is plenty of room for it! We have a black lab/german shepherd mix named Nash who loves other dogs but if your dog prefers its own space it can have at least one floor of the house all to itself. We always walk Nash before his breakfast and dinner so we would use the same schedule to look after your dog. Our neighborhood is very pet friendly and quiet so I'm sure your dog would enjoy its stay here. Dog Walking: I love spending time outdoors and that time is always made better when a dog is there with me. I enjoy running with dogs but our dog Nash is a little older so we mostly take long slow walks together. However, if your dog is more energetic and would like to run with me I would be more than happy to accommodate! I always keep a stash of bags on me during walks so that we never leave a trace when we are out and about. On longer walks or when the weather gets hotter I carry a large water bottle and a collapsible water dish with me so that your dog can always stay hydrated! Drop-in Visits: If you are just looking for a companion for your dog for a small portion of the day I would be happy to do that. I can simply make sure they have food and water or spend hours playing with them and going for walks. Just specify what you would want from a house visit and I can make it happen!
