Pet care experience
Working with animals has always been a passion of mine and giving them an opportunity to have fun in a safe and healthy environment has become part of my everyday life. I am certified in both CPR & First Aid for dogs and cats and have 5+ years of experience with both on and off leash hiking, walking and training as well as a years worth of bathing and trimming dogs professionally. I look forward to giving your pups the attention, care,exercise and fun they need!

Zach is amazing with dogs! He understands dog behavior which is very important. He's kind and gentle and patient with the dogs in his care. He has a lot of experience both pet sitting and dog walking. He adores dogs in all settings and I know he will be an amazing pet sitting and dog walker.
Zac is AMAZING with dogs. He's very comfortable around them and you can tell he has plenty of experience. Years ago when my mother had surgery she couldn't walk her 4 dogs for several months. In this time Zac was a lifesaver! He took such good care of them. Aside from their normal routine of daily neighborhood walks he would take them to beaches and local trails as well. He also helped my mother with their bathing and nail trimming needs. Even now when my mother wants a dog sitter or walker for her new dog she still uses Zac. He is extremely professional and you can tell he really loves being around dogs!

My wife and I love dogs and have always had them growing up, we currently have a large fenced in yard, we live 3 minutes walking distance from a nearby dog park and I bring my own dog on fun hikes throughout new england regularly. My favorite locations for exercise are the forests that are away from high traffic areas. Leeloo, my dog, is a sweetheart and loves to make new friends and will become protective of your pups whenever they go out together.

Some things that are important for me to know are as follows If the pet has any allergies, requires medications, has any fight or flight triggers either social or physical, if the pet likes other animals, reacts aggressively to any particular situation or other dogs, if bringing my own dog along for walks is okay, any past instances of aggression or history of injury, that they are caught up on their rabies vaccine if staying overnight or getting into my car what types of treats if any are acceptable, favorite activities and any other important bits of information the owner might feel i should know.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on adventures through the trails and hiking paths around the south coast Massachusetts area as well as around areas with less traffic. The pup sets the pace and I'm happy to go for a run or a leisurely walk if thats what they prefer.

Availability
I am available for walks and drop ins all mornings and most afternoons. My home is dog safe and I have a decent sized yard for playing and running around. Ideally I would like to form a long term working relationship with you and your dogs and it would be great if regularly scheduled times became the norm. I am also open to one time appointments as needed. I am able to house your dog overnight as long as we plan ahead.
