I grew up with multiple dogs. They were all perfect little mutts of various sizes. However, my very first dog was Bobby. I got him after I graduated with a Zoology degree from Miami University. He was an English mastiff, as well as, my body guard and perfect son for ten years. We went through puppyhood, potty training, learning manners, the terrible twos, and finally senior care. Regarding professional experience, I worked at the PetSmart Pet Hotel for a summer while I was in college. I monitored group playtime for large and small dog groups. I walked dogs, cleaned their kennels, and provided treats and ice cream. I also worked at Houston Dog Ranch. I loved working there, and I learned so much about dog behavior from the owner. I walked and conducted playtimes for large and small dogs, cleaned kennels, and kept track of daily health records for our canine guests. :)
