My doggy day care visit was rescheduled by the sitter for a day that was convienient to her and she canceled it because her daughter was sick and then she never gave a date to reschedule. For my Apr 19-23rd boarding - I confirmed drop off in the morning of 20th (after changing dates from 19th to 20th and I got money back for 19th from her) to be between 3-4 pm but she was not home during that time and there were seven dogs at her home. We did not feel comfortable to drop our older dogs at her home even though she is a caring dog care-giver. She was not home to take care of all. Dogs that are not familiar with each other should never be left alone and owners should be told ahead of time if there is going to be an overlap of other peoples pets even if it is for a day. This is very unsafe environment for my dogs. She never warned us of other dogs being present and neither did she tell us that she will not be available to take my dogs during 3-4 pm. (Her original profile also had fewer dogs listed than she had, however, after I mentioned,she went on Rover and corrected that in Feb I believe). Someone else came to the door and he could not even open the door with seven dogs wanting to get out of the house. We had to find accommodations elsewhere last minute and it was a very difficult ordeal. Bottom line is - She is a very caring dog person but unreliable and is not always completely honest. Having SEVEN dogs at your home is definitely something you need to share with your customer so they can decide if it is good match for their pups.

This was my first time leaving my baby with a sitter and I’ll say it was absolutely amazing, Nala had an amazing time, I was completely updated about her stay the entire time. When I picked my baby up she was happy and comfortable tail wagging and all. Absolutely would book again!!
