Reviews
Yusuf was really great with our puppy. He helped train our dog as well. We would gladly recommend Yusuf to any pet parent.
Yusuf was very attentive to our needy dogs! He was able to calm them down even when they are normally very anxious and energetic. He is a great house & dog sitter and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Yusuf pet and house sat for a family vacation. He took great care of our two dogs, cat and home. He communicated well and we felt at ease with him in our home taking care of our pets. We will definitely book again.
Yusef took good care of our pets and communicated well with us. Our dog was calm and happy when we returned from our trip.

I will adapt my plans for what your dog is used to. For example, if you normally exercise them in the morning, feed them, crate them, and repeat later, then I will do the same. Think of me as an extension of your normal routine. With your permission, I can also add in some training. If I feel some more spice needs to be added to their life then with your permission I'll do things like spend time playing with them, expose them to a new environment, etc. My goal is to keep your dog happy, healthy, safe, and (hopefully) educated :)
Information Yusuf S. would like to know about your pet
First of all would be any medical conditions like heart murmurs, hearing impairments, arthritis, etc. so that I know how to better care for your dog. Second would be things like reactivity to dogs and humans, running off when startled, a strong prey drive for animals, being very nervous, etc. Last would be any specific oddities like they don't eat when watched, gives up halfway through walks, very heavy puller on leash, etc.
A typical day
In the morning is when the dogs have a little breakfast if they're hungry, go out to do their business, and have a short walk. After I'm done with my morning routine, I love to head out to Lake Chabot (a lovely regional park with great trails and wildlife) or the Marina (also a regional park right on the bay that has a dog park). Once we get to one of those places we'll walk a healthy distance before around 30 minutes of play time. If I am only with my dog (or if you allow me to) I usually do 30-60 minutes of obedience training with plenty of treats. After another short walk it's back to car for a relaxing and tired ride home. Often times the dogs will be tired and lay around for a few hours. Later on at night I'll leave some food out if they're hungry, take them to relieve themselves, then maybe hang out with them for around 10 minutes with toys to get a little energy out before bed time. My dog has her own bed and chills out at night but I can crate your dog if need be :)

Availability
I am currently starting my own businesses and dictate my own hours, which means I can be pretty flexible to fit around your schedule! Everyday I have time set aside to spend with my dog, exercise her, and hang out with her. If need be, I can ask a family member to take care of her for a little bit to give your furry friend the attention and care they need.
