5 years of using Rover, one of the worst experience ever! First of all her place is not ideal for boarding dogs as she rents a tinny room in a single family home, there are always people walking in and out of the property, so if your dog barks at that she can’t not handle it. That is something I learned the hard way. I was already on my way to the airport and I got a text from her saying she can not longer take care of my dog due excessive barking. That sounded very strange to me cause my dog do not bark excessively at home nor have we ever had complains from other sitters on Rover ever! As soon as I got off the plane the next day, I spent the entire morning trying to find a new sitter, but most new sitter required a meet and greet (something she should have required at the beginning given her special setup ). It was one of the most stressful moment when you realize that your dog is at the hand of someone who has no idea what she is doing. Luckily I was able to reach my mom who happens to be home that weekend and had her dropped him off there. She charged me one day still for her “service” which I wish I never had. She sounded so enthusiastic during our initial chat about how she loves all dogs but do not let that fool you, she has no idea what she is doing in my experience. I wish Rover could do a better job selecting their sitters. I would give negative stars if I could, definitely do not recommend!

I am so happy about Yuhsin's care for my dog. She is very patient and follows every instructions asked. She loves dog and really want to spend time with the dog.She send me multiple photos about my dog and clean the house after she leave. I can tell my dog is so happy around her. I definitely will book with her in the future for my dog's care. Best dog sitter ever.
