I’ve had dogs all my life starting with our family Dalmatian and then onto German Shepherds, Jack Russell’s and now my Cavachon. I regularly care for Cavapoos, Italian greyhounds, Maltese, Yorkies and the odd Lab or rescue cross and am fully insured as a dog carer for walking, sitting and boarding, I love connecting with them and understanding their unique personalities and quirks it’s never a dull moment and they always bring me joy and teach me life lessons about how ‘to be more dog!’ Unconditional love, play, treats and lots of sleep sound pretty good to me ;) I’ve had an intense job as Head of Customer for a large corporate organisation for 30 odd years so I know now important it is to you to know your doggo is well taken care of. I’m now taking a career break from the corporate world to pour my love and energy into taking care of pups that gives me so much pleasure. I can’t wait to meet yours! I love being in nature so long walks are a daily ritual. I’ve got lots of interesting local routes your dog will enjoy or can we can do your favourites if you prefer. I have a house full of dog toys to share along with cosy beds and rugs for those naps. Currently studying for my dog CPR course to formalise my experience. Happy to arrange a meet a greet and for you to come and visit my dog safe home if you’d like to. You can rest assured I’ll send regular photos and videos of your dog while it’s in my care.

Ysabel was brilliant looking after our 4 month old Goldendoodle Cookie for the day at our home. She’s very professional and knowledgeable, I was 100% confident that Cookie was in safe hands. Ysabel kept me updated during the day, Cookie didn’t want her to leave!

I have a safe, fully insured, semi detached home with a 60ft fully enclosed high fenced garden. It’s already pet safe for my own very friendly sociable little dog. Happy for dogs to join me for a cuddle on the sofa, sprawl out in the sunny kitchen extension or relax on one of the multiple rugs or dog beds or in the garden on the decking or paddle in a dog pool if it’s hot. This will be a home from home for your pet. I’m 2 mins walk from the canal tow path with lovely walks across enclosed fields with fresh streams and wooded glades. All Dogs will stay on lead until both you and I were comfortable they have 100% recall. In your own house I’ll be following your instructions on how you’d like me to care for your dog. As much as you can tell me about their likes and dislikes would be great. Are they chewers ? Are they diggers? Do they have separation anxiety? How are they on walks and when meeting other dogs? Is there anything that makes them reactive?

Anything you think will make your doggo happy. Any food and medication topics. If they’re allowed treats. Any reinforcement training you might like me to work on with them. Energy level, how much sleep they like. How they feel about interacting with other dogs. I’ll Assume all dogs will stay on lead during walks until such time as you and I were completely comfortable with recall.
A typical day
I’ll be guided by your suggestions on what your doggo enjoys. These might include: sniffy walks around the safe streets in the Olde Hanwell area, long walks canal side and into the woods and fields with safe paddle time in the fresh stream just 2 mins from my house. Play time with balls, tuggy toy fun, squeaky toys (from the ridiculously large array I have) or some more difficult kibble based puzzle games if they enjoy that extra stimulation. Sleep is of course important and there’s an array of sunny and shady spots in the house on rugs, dog beds, sofas or on the decking outside in the sun!

I’m available every week day for drop in visits , daily walks of either 30 mins or 1 hour (please select) or full doggy day care at my home or yours . I’m also happy to board at my house. Happy to feed and provide medication to your dogs whilst in my care.
