Michelle loved my dogs like they were her own! I was worried about being away from them for over a week, but they had a great time. Michelle sent me daily photos of them looking like they were right at home. My lab made a new doggie best friend and has been a bit mopey since we've been back home -- I think she misses the playtime! And my little lap dog came home spoiled rotten and happy. Michelle had everything organized and ready when we picked them up after our trip. In fact, I noticed both had received baths and smelled great. Oh, and she also sent home a little Christmas gift canister full of doggie treats. We will definitely be back!

Michelle made me feel safe about leaving my babies. Sophie is blind and needed medicine and Michelle seemed comfortable with the situation. My boy is a mama's boy and was really scared for me to leave...but after awhile I saw him get comfy with her daughter and her dogs. Big outside and when Altai couldn't sleep, Michelle said she got up with him and stayed on the couch with him. She sent pictures and responded to me when I would send a text, being a bit nervous. I will use her again!
