I’ve house sat for family friends while they were out of the country for a few weeks at a time, hanging out with their diva of a husky (Molly) and sweet yellow lab (Hoover) who needed a medication. I bonded with my college roommate’s big slobbery boy (Smokey, the St. Bernard) who would always come to me for walks/runs and insisted on sharing my twin-sized bed when my roommate was away. Golden retrievers will always hold a special place in my heart, thanks to my first childhood pet and best friend (Pepper) that got me through an awkward upbringing in the Midwest and initiated my love of animals. I’ve just moved here from Ohio, and I’m still job hunting, which means I have a very flexible schedule!
