2024 spring availability update! Hi guys, I'm looking for more dog walks locally, cat drop ins around 2-3 mile radius and house sits max 3 miles away. I work nights in a restaurant and free time work on painting, art etc. If your place is further with more house pets you can contact me and we can have a chat about availability, and suitability. :)

Ylva provided great care of my cat who I needed to leave for 4 nights, so Ylva was doing two drop in sessions each day to feed/change water bowl & play. That's been second time my cat was left with Ylva and this was a great experience again. I like the updates I was given and I could see my cat wasn't stressed on the pics and enjoyed his play time. I came back to happy cat & clean flat again. Can't recommend Ylva enough!

Grateful to Yvla for her reliable visits that she balanced with her own working commitments. I appreciated the daily pictures and updates whilst I was away for a trip, and the fact she mitigated the damage of some kitten plant destruction !

Firstly I want to meet the pets in the home and know the route there (bus schedule), any other necessary info about safety (so cats won't slip out etc) Getting pets to know me before first time going in alone, it so varied on the individual. There are plenty rescues, and they have their own quirks also. Happy to discuss anything and find a schedule/ walk + if needs food or medicine added. We'll meet before, and I usually grab keys 1-3 days before start if it's a house sit, or drop ins during a holiday.

I'd like to know if there is something your pets do not like, and what are their fave toys and things to do! :) First time meeting tells alot of how we get along, but I'm wanting to know anything extra how to be the best carer for your pets. For house sits I like to have a written A4 of their daily routine so I can keep it same :)
A typical day
First saying hellos, pettings, giving food if needs, walk (dogs) and playtime for cats and kittens. I take usually 3-6 photos of visits included in the Rover app cards so you can see what your pet has been doing :)

Availability
I am self-employed and have flexibility in my calendar. Daytimes from about 9:30AM-2:30PM for walks and drop in visits. House sits needs to be discussed, if you're close by and can do my shifts also is preferred.
