Pet care experience
I grew up with two miniature dachshunds since I was 8 years old. I have taken in the younger one, Lola, as my own dog and have cared for her for the past 5 years. I jump at any opportunity to care for any kind of animal as I am a huge animal lover. I absolutely adore dogs so I will treat any animal as my own and make sure they get the attention and care that they need. My own dog has a few medical issues and requires extra care so I am able to adapt to whatever care the animal requires. I do live in a two-story condo, but there is a park across the street. Additionally, my dog is scared of the dog park so I take an opportunity I can to go to the dog park! I take my senior dog on 3-4 walks a day.

I've watched Yesenia go above and beyond for her own dog and without a doubt in my mind, I know she'd maintain the same standard for any pet. Yesenia has balanced having a dog on campus with her other responsibilities as a college student, and all of her friends know and love her dog, Lola. When Lola needed to see a vet, Yesenia dropped everything to make sure she saw the vet ASAP, missing class and social outings to ensure she did everything for Lola's health. Yesenia has unique experience with animals including pigs and chickens from her family's farm, showing just how versatile her skills are!
Yesenia T. is a great caretaker of all things. She is considerate and very aware of everything that happens. She has legs of her own, and whenever she is home, she is snuggled up with one of her dogs. She’d be a great dog sitter for anyone looking someone to take good care of there pet!

I make sure that the animals aren't able to get ahold of anything they could choke on as my own dog always manages to test this skill of mine! If the dog I am caring for and my own dog are out, I was always make sure that they are supervised, and never left unattended!

A typical day
I tend to walk my dog and other dogs I am caring for around my neighborhood. I really love going to the dog park , especially since I don't get to do this with my own dog!

Availability
I am able to dedicate a large chunk of time solely on the animal in the mornings and afternoon before I head to work. Typically, I am gone for the afternoon and early evening. I return from work in the evenings where I have plenty of time to walk, cuddle, pet, and hang out with them! This goes for everyday of the week besides Saturdays, as Saturdays are my day off!
