I have been a dog owner for the past 12 years. My first dog was a red-nose pitbul, Nena. I was about 10 years old when I got Nena. Roughly a year after I got her as a puppy, she was stolen from my backyard, given that at that time I lived in the far southeast side of Chicago. Unfortunately, my family and I never found her, but our home has been the home to other wonderful dogs. Throughout the years we’ve adopted about 3 shih-tzus and 2 Yorkshire Terriers. Currently I have 3 dogs: 1 shih tzu and 2 Yorkies. Some of my favorite things to do with my pups is go on long walks at the park. We also enjoy playing fetch. My availability is Friday-Sunday, since I am a full time mom and a full time student at DePaul University.
