Pet care experience
I’ve owned small dogs previously, currently none in this home. I cared for a rescued 12-year old chinchilla for 3 years, big fan of unusual pets. I wfh half the week which affords me the flexibility to dedicate attention throughout the day. I respect shier dogs who enjoy their personal space and equally appreciate needier pups too. I can offer spacious room for your Manhattanite pup (true bedroom, enclosed spaces, open terrace, large living room, sorry no backyard though). Midtown-based in a very central location, live in a super pet friendly building.

Yeena was very communicative, and accommodated my puppy even though it was short notice. She is kind and cuddles a lot with Bowie. Bowie was happy and I will certainly book her again the next time I am in New York.

Yeena was so great with my dog! I am always worried leaving him with someone new because he hates being alone, likes to be carried on walks, and has some issues with eating. Yeena spoiled him the entire time, sending me updates and pictures. She also took him to the park twice! I could tell he was happy and comfortable. Highly recommend and hope my dog gets to visit with her in the future 🤗

My home currently has no pets and I plan on caring for only one client at a time. It’s a pretty quiet environment (high rise condo) and I have a routine with flexibility to schedule my work obligations around your dog’s needs if given notice. I live with a partner (also an experienced dog owner) who works from home so transparently we will have a vocal day time routine and quiet/calm evenings.

I’ll need to know if your dog has special needs, whether they are very vocal, and your drop off time. I only do drop offs and pickups but if you are nearby I will come to you for a additional fee.
A typical day
I live in a central part of town with a few parks nearby if your dog loves socializing with other dogs. If they prefer the company of people, I’m more than happy to stay home with them on my couch. They are welcome on all my furniture unless you prefer they don’t.

Available on Tuesdays and Fridays (wfh days) and weekends. Usually have flexibility to walk your pet often if they need. I also really enjoy dogsitting on long holiday weekends.
