Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with animals my entire life! My dream job was to be a veterinarian until I realized I’d probably get attached to the animals haha. I’ve been house/pet sitting for relatives for the past 4 years now and I love it!! I love being able to take them to dog parks, playing, or even just having a chill day! I also love to spoil the pets by buying extra toys to play with and some good snacks!

10/10 would recommend. Yazmine did a PHENOMENAL job. I’m neurotic about my dogs, but she did so well, for once I could relax on my vacay and actually not worry about my pups. Super communicative, great with updates, and loved on my babies just like I would. Will definitely be a repeat client.
Yazmine has watched my dog Simba on numerous occasions. She is the only person I trust to watch my fur baby when I will be away from home and cannot take him with me. She is so loving and caring towards him and he gets so excited when ever he sees her. She takes him on walks, feeds him according to his schedule, she has even taught him how to do tricks. She constantly sends me pictures and videos of him while I am gone. If you are looking for a trustworthy and caring person for your fur baby, I highly recommend Yazmine!
Yazmine is a fantastic caretaker for my beloved 8 yr old half German shepherd half black lab pup Lulu. She is so fantastic! Yazmine and Lulu just seem to get each other. Lulu gets so excited when she sees Yazmine she almost pees LOL! She's the only person that Lulu does not bark at when she sees her come to the door. They always play and if they're not playing they're lounging on the couch together. I'd definitely recommend Yazmine!

If there’s a note given on specific times to feed or walk I’ll follow them exactly as written. I won’t ever do something without asking/notifying the owner. I’d spend quality time with the pet and try to get them to trust me and build a bond!

Some info id like to know ahead of time is if the pet has any medication they need to take, if they have some aggressive behaviors and what triggers it, if they get anxious or stressed with certain things are being done like vacuuming or being outside for too long, and if they are a special needs pet and have a specific routine.
A typical day
Some fun things I’d like to do is play tug-of-war, take them to dog parks, play fetch, give them cuddles, and play some search games with them. I like taking my relatives dog to Nani falcon dog park, it’s fenced off so I can let him loose and he can run and play with the other dogs.

I think doing rover and being able to care for others pets will be a great way to spend my time since I love animals! I update my calendar every 2 weeks and communicate through my inbox!
