Yasmine was amazing and very communicative. I had a last minute change that was needed for my booking and she accommodated me with no issues. I will definitely be calling her next time I am out of town.

Not a horrible experience but not great. The day of, she was texting me trying to arrange another time. She subsequently ended up keeping the original time but it was a little nerve-racking thinking that I may have to make a last minute adjustment. When I called to let her know that I was at her residence, I asked her how she was doing and she responded stating that she was tired as she didn't realize how many dogs she had to keep that wknd. When dropping my dog off, seemed very indifferent. Which is fine as I know everyone is not happy-go-lucky all the time but it threw me off just a bit. She did send pictures which I did appreciate. On the day of pick up I told her that I would be there at 7:30 p.m. A few hours prior she asked me to confirm my time again, as she was at the pool. I'm all about self care but it made me wonder where my dog was and if there were other dogs with her, as she has stated that she would have been keeping multiple dogs that weekend and my dog was not crated. Again, not the worst experience but I do think the professionalism could be improved upon.
