Hi I'm Yasmin. I've had dogs for over 10 years and spent 6 years working in a Kennel which lead to me going on to achieve my Animal Behaviour BSc degree. I have dealt with dogs and cats of all ages and with a huge range of requirements. Including extremely nervous individuals, I am extremely patient and willing to take the time for everyone to feel comfortable. Working at the kennels with such a high number of dogs meant I became highly experienced in medication delivery, from pills to insulin injections. It also allowed me to read dogs very easily and pair them up with their "holiday soulmate". I can ensure you that their safety is most important to me, closely followed by fun, so I will always ensure that any dog yours may be put with is a perfect match. I am now a qualified Behaviourist and dog trainer, with a year working with security dogs throughout their training so large and/or boisterous dogs are more than welcome. To sum up, I love dogs and I hope I can share that with people who feel the same way.

Yasmin was great with Goose - she was prompt and clear in all communication as well as very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to book her again to look after our (sometimes a bit demanding!) dog.
Yasmin took the time to get to know our dog and put us and him at ease so that we didn’t have to worry when we left him with her. A few hours later and it was clear that Lenny had found a best friend! Will definitely be rebooking and would recommend.
Yasmin has a lovely relationship with my puppy, and is very reliable. My puppy really enjoys her visits.

Information Yasmin S. would like to know about your pet
Is the dog social? I accept unspeyed females, so when their last season was so I can expect/prepare for any changes in behaviour. What is their typical behaviour with a stranger entering the house, will I need to meet the dog a few times in the owners company beforehand? Then just the dogs standard routine so I can make them as comfortable as possible.
A typical day
I live in the countryside with the house backing onto miles of farmland. Typical walks for boarders/daycares would be the field next door as it's fully enclosed so we can get to know each other in a safe environment. Once we've sussed each other out there are streams and woodlands all within walking distance of the house, this can be up to 2 hours round trip. If there is an elderly dog or a puppy with limited exercise then quickly popping in the car to get to the fun bit usually does the trick. I am a huge fan of fetch due to my current dog being obsessed with a tennis ball so that's a favourite, but just let me know what your pooch likes, I can have a good go at a game of tug, and if we can't find anything there's always a huge box full of toys to choose from. For boarders I have many interactive food toys, just to make meal times a little more interesting.
