Yasiria was really good about sending photos and keeping me updated on how things were going with Maya and I especially appreciated her looking after her on short notices due to family emergency. I’m giving a one star rating because I got my pup back looking really thin.. to the point where I can feel all of her bones, due to the fact that she would not eat & Yasiria did not inform me of this, she said it was so that I would not worry but that is no reason to not let me know if my pup isn’t eating.. this was an almost 2 weeks stay and had I known my pup was having any trouble at all, I would have rushed back to pick her up. As a result of not eating, she was very weak (had a hard time walking up the 3 flights of stairs she usually sprints up) and her coat is shedding really bad, I am able to see her skin just by looking at her. There’s no reason I shouldn’t have known she wasn’t eating.. that is very concerning. And also.. she was in a lot of pain (was crying out randomly) and I couldn’t figure out why... when she finally pooped, the majority of her poop was pieces of rope from a toy. Also found that she had a big sore on the side of her neck this morning that had crusted over and began healing :( She was left with the sitters mom a few times to my knowledge, which I don’t really appreciate because I didn’t meet her mom upon dropping maya off nor did I agree on Rover to leave my puppy with anyone besides Yasiria. However, Maya is feeling much better now but definitely not the pup I sent away. Maya was nowhere near thin, very energetic and her coat was sooo full and healthy looking. I won’t be sending my pup away again for longer than a few days nor with Yasiria because this is a bit traumatizing for me.

Yasiria was amazing in taking care our Coco, always available when we wanted to know how our coco was doing, by sending us pictures. I will recommend her 100% to take care your pets!
