Pet care experience
My partner has taken care of his family dog since he was a child and I have taken care of dogs for over 7 years now. Together, we have been dedicated to training our puppy, Griffey, since he was 3 months old. In just 6 months, he became a completely house-trained and non-reactive pup. We will take your dog on as short or long a walk that you desire, always allowing them to sniff and take in all the beautiful sights and smells of Riverdale. We also have experience bathing, grooming and feeding on a schedule.

I am so grateful to have found Yari and Daniel to watch my cat. I was traveling last minute and needed to find a sitter. Yari was quick to respond and was able to accommodate me. We have a safe and secure terrace with a potty training area, plenty of toys, a small crate which can hold a dog of up to 15lbs. Griffey is our 9month old havapoo puppy. He gets along very well with dogs of all sizes and breeds, is energetic and very well socialized. We live right across the street from a park and in a neighborhood that is great for peaceful walks.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I should account for. Griffey gets along well with all dogs but he loves to play with smaller dogs closer to his size.
A typical day
I encourage pet parents to let me know what their dog’s routine is so that I can follow it as closely as possible. Using our dog Griffey as an example, a typical day starts out with a long walk followed by breakfast and a few hours of sleep while we work during the day. Then at around 5-6pm we take him on his evening walk and feed him dinner. After his dinner has had time to settle, we play fetch and puzzle games for 20-30 minutes until he feels ready to wine down.

My partner and I currently work under a hybrid model in which we switch off on office says so that at least one of us is at home with our puppy each day.
