Yakira was great, we received regular updates about the pets and I'm pretty sure our home was cleaner than we left it. She did some extra work with our senior cat who needs a little extra care due to his CKD. It was very clear that the animals were well taken care of and got plenty of attention while we were away.

Yakira did a great job of communicating, cleaning, and being respectful of our space. She is honest, responsible and responsive. We had very spotty service for most of our vacation, and it was helpful that she responded right away. The only thing that I would say is, I am not sure how much she hiked or took our dog out for walks. A lot of the pics she took were our animals hanging out inside. To be fair, I am not sure because I didn’t get to ask her and I didn’t inquire about this at the end. She is honest, when I asked about a hike earlier in our trip she told me she wasn’t able to take him yet but planned to later. I am just not sure if she did. No big deal, I still give her 5 stars because in the end honesty, communication, and love is the most important. Regardless, he gets to hike lots of trails with us.
