Our dog, Jackson, is a repeat customer with Xixi. Xixi has always been quick to respond via Rover. Thank goodness Xixi was available again. We felt very satisfied with Jackson's previous stay. Jackson is very responsive to previously visited places. As soon as we arrived to Xixi's home, Jackson was very perky and happy wagging his tale as we approached Xixi's home. During Jackson's stay, Xixi updated us on his visit with photos. Upon pick-up, Xixi was prompt as she brought us a very happy Jackson with all his belongings. We feel very comfortable in using Xixi on future visits. Thank you Xixi for taking fantastic care of our baby, Jackson.

Xixi is one of the most positive, friendly, thoughtful, compassionate, and accommodating caregivers we have encountered! She took wonderful care of Jackson, kept us updated with photos and information throughout the stay, and was extremely easy to work with in coordinating drop-off and pick-up. From our initial interactions with her online all the way through pick-up, we were very pleased and would highly recommend Xixi to others!!!
