Hello fellow dog lovers! My name is Ximena, I am currently studying for a Masters in Linguistics at University of Amsterdam. I am originally from Peru, but grew up in Central America and Southern Africa. My whole life I had dogs at home (up to 10 at some point!) until I moved out for my studies. I really love having dogs around, caring for them and walking them is the best excuse to get some fresh air and a healthy walk around the neighbourhood. In my free time I like to go around Amsterdam visiting new places and museums. I also enjoy dancing, arts and crafts and meeting people from different cultures as well as (thanks to my degree) positively over-analysing their languages. Few things make me happier than coming back home and having a furry friend greet you excitedly and having their company while studying at home.
