Xili H. Provided his street address, but not his building number. I tried contacting him two hours before to let him know I was arriving at 12:30. I got no response. When I arrived, I realized I didn’t have the complete address, so I was not able to find his apartment. I waited until 1:30 PM and tried to contact him several times during that time. no response. I contacted Rover support and they also could not get hold of him. We were going to see Swan Lake at 2 o’clock. So we had to change our plans. Our tickets cost us $145. Rover would not reimburse us for the tickets, but did reimburse us for the doggy daycare. A couple hours later, Xili finally responded, saying that he was sleeping. He is totally irresponsible. Needless to say we won’t be using his services in the future.

Xili Hao is a very nice and friendly person. He is very patient and responsible with pets. Every time his friends asked him to take care of his friend's dog, the dogs were very happy and liked him, and the dogs were well cared for. I believe he will be a good rover!
