I have been working with you dogs since 2017! I have extensive experience in training, walking, handling, sitting and boarding dogs of all sizes and breeds. I have worked in animal shelters and have experience with dogs from all wags of life!

Outstanding care! Lily had what appeared to be her best day of our road trip. Great communication and several pictures. I we come to St Louis again, Xena will be the first person we look up for doggy daycare!
We have a temperamental mixed breed chihuahua and he requires sitters who are patient and can deal with his nervous and sometimes aggressive responses. With Xena and Kirby he was on his best behavior and had not one meltdown. Why? Because of Xena's background in dog training and care. Our first time using her and hands down she was one of the best sitters we've had for our little man. She even offered us pet training and behavior modification tips that we can use at home and integrated our dog well with her 4 dogs at her home. Recommend her highly to anyone - esp pet humans like us who have nervous skittish little ones.
Xena is fantastic with every dog I’ve ever seen her with. She has a natural instinct of knowing what to do in every situation. With her experience working with shelter dogs, Xena has helped me learn how to properly work with my dog that has reactivity issues, which was very difficult for me til I met her. There is no one I would trust my dogs with more than Xena. Tre is not a single dog she couldn’t handle.

I love any and all breeds! I would like to know how they are meeting strangers, what cues they know, what their favorite game is and how their leash skills are. I would also like to know any concerning behaviors that need to be managed.
A typical day
We can go on walks at the local hiking trails for higher energy dogs who need longer walks, I also live near parks and walking trails. Since I am an enrichment specialist, I can create puzzle toys and games for your dog to figure out! Or we can just play a game of fetch or for the less active dogs a nice walk and easy training session

Availability
Caring for pets is my all day everyday! I love it and dogs love me! Daily I walk the dogs, train the dogs, and of course cuddle the dogs!
