Xavier is absolutely amazing. He was super clear and super helpful on all communication before and through the booking. Kept sending us pictures regularly and updates to make sure we dont miss our furry freind. He is super accomodating for timings and also took care of our puppy though she just started her heat cycle and we couldnt have been happier.

Won’t be taking my dog back. When I picked my baby up, I noticed a foul smell in her bag: one of her stuffed toys was wet all over. Covered in pee. When asked about it, Xavier said he “forgot to mention it.” My girl does not pee on her stuff, and she’s a small dog so she couldn’t even produce that much urine at once, unless she was confined to a space for hours on end without a potty break. What bothers me most is he changed his story multiple times: first, he said it happened while they were playing fetch outside because he “mistakenly” hit her with the stuff toy; then, he said his roomie noticed it when he came home and tried to wash it. Either way, the dude sent her home with a toy covered in wet piss and then lied about.
