I’ve been caring for other’s pets from my home since undergrad. Mainly cats and dogs of neighbors and roommates I’ve been around. Being a student, I don’t have all the time in the world myself for a pet. However, it’s always been a great fill-in having other people’s pets to be around when they need a stand in care giver.

Xavier was great to work with! Winston had fun and he took great care of our place. Will definitely look for him again next time we go out of town!
I had Xavier watch over my cat, Jazzie. My cat can be pretty hesitant and shy with new people around like most cats but Xavier was really patient and persistent about interacting with Jazzie and making sure he was stimulated. He was always on top of changing the litter box for me while I was away and making sure Jazzie had what he needed, it was like I never even left!
Xavier is responsible, easy going and a hard worker. He has watched my pup multiple times and does a great job. :) Dogs love him—and he’s a great cat owner as well!

For dogs I currently have a well sized fenced in backyard. A large neighborhood with sidewalks for walks and an inside/outside 1 year female dog named Harley as a play mate. Harley and 2 cats currently live in the home I live in and all three are well behaved. For cats I currently have a huge cat climbing/scratching post and a few cat style play toys. Our cats are also outdoor cats, from time to time they like to adventure out, and all animals are spade and neutered.

Life style norms and preferences, I treat the pets I sit like mutual beings, thus I maintain the treatments their used to and would ask of their own owners. Fears or things the pet might not like being around. Interaction ability with animals, any special conditions specific for the pet I’m sitting that needs attention.
A typical day
Tug of war, playing fetch and or catch, going on walks with jogging included, dog parks, and car rides around the area. Also visits to traditional parks such as Shawnee mission park.

Availability
Mon-Fri during my lunch hour at 11:30 and Wed-Fri after 2:30 I’m very free. As well as all weekend to care for pets. Over night watching is an available option any day of the week if needing.
