Hi there! I’m Xandir :) I’m a 30 year old California native and lifelong animal lover. I grew up living with both cats and dogs, and have raised and fostered both. I’ve been caring for animals and their humans as a freelance pet sitter for seven years. I've worked in animal rescue for the last 5 years and spending time with critters is my passion. I am fascinated by animal behavior and training and and constantly educating myself on those topics in my spare time. I would love to come get to know your furry friend! I have extensive experience caring for animals with special health needs including administering tablet medication, creams and ointments, eye drops, ear drops, and inhalers according to the vet recommended schedule, as well as providing post surgery aftercare when necessary. I'm certified in feline and canine first aid and CPR. In addition to health needs, I’ve worked with animals with a variety of temperaments. I’m equipped in handling animals with special behavioral issues, such as aggression, shyness, or anxiety. What ever your pets personality and needs are, I am happy to oblige.
