Future Librarian, Loves Critters :)

Pet care experience

Hello! My name is Wren! I am currently a sailor, and one day I hope to become a children’s librarian. I have six years paid experience taking care of pets, to include boarding, house-sitting, drop-in care, and just going for walks. My home has a fully fenced yard, and is three minutes away from the Ridgeway Bark Park. I have an open schedule in the afternoons and evening to facilitate drop-ins and walks. I am available to house sit if you live within 25 miles. The distance is flexible for longer term stays. I will also perform light housework as necessary. I have three pets of my own, and I grew up with two yellow labs. Don’t be a stranger, why not just say hello?

Information Wren B. would like to know about your pet

I have no breed preferences whatsoever. I am a firm believer that there are no “bad breeds” out there. I do ask through that if you know your dog is a little anti-social or skittish, please let me know so I can make sure they are safe and happy on their walks with me. Also, my sister is a certified vet tech. She and I have worked together in the past, so I am able to administer minor first aid and dog CPR.

A typical day

It’s always a good day for the bark park! If you’d like your puppy to be nice and tired out after an afternoon walk, I can give you a 100% guarantee! My home is in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood so there are plenty of safe places to walk around, in addition to the park. Your pet will also have the opportunity to socialize with our dog Atari, if it’s okay with you of course. She is a six month old lab mix with lots of energy and love to share! If your dog is cat friendly we also have two curious kittens, Bobby and Mr. Fluff, who are always interested in meeting new friends.
