Wissal was wonderful! She was super communicative and sent lots of photos. My cat absolutely adored her. I’m not sure he wanted to come home! She was also super meticulous about making sure she cared for him exactly like he’s used to. She was amazing all around! I didn’t have a single worry.

Very satisfied. Communication with Wissal was clear, and she checked to be sure she understood Charlie's complicated medicine schedule. She administered eye drops and pills (by putting them on the back of C's tongue -- the only way he will take them). She and her partner/housemate shared Charlie's care. Their home is very clean and neat, and I was grateful that they allowed Charlie on the furniture anyway! They live across the street from a large park, great for walks. (Their actual address was different than what was on record in Rover at the time, which I didn't mind. It may have been updated by the time you read this.) They sent photos at least once a day. I would definitely leave Charlie with them again.
