I feel sad leaving a negative review but I feel the need to do in terms of my experience with William. A few months ago my dog got loose while in the care of William. It was a horrible experience, made worse by the fact that it was not William who let me know my dog was loose but a neighbor that saw the whole thing happen and he didn’t answer the phone so I couldn’t get a hold of him. Although she was not hit by a car she did cross Pennsylvania Avenue back and forth, in addition to a few other streets. All 7.5 lbs of her eventually made her way home. I know accidents happen but I should have been contacted immediately and told what was going on.

William was timely, communicative, and Moo was a happy pup! Thanks!
