Pet care experience
I grew up with a Portuguese Waterdog (~55lbs) We loved to run and we taught him how to dive for his toys. Most recently my family had an Akbash Dog (~140lbs). I loved my big boy! Sadly, my big boy just passed away. I grew up feeding, washing, picking up after, and exercising with both of our dogs. Also, as both got older I learned to give medicine and feel comfortable doing most treatments. I even did a bit of clicker training. I am a big guy and I love dogs of all sizes and feel comfortable taking care of a dog of any size. That said, I hope to be informed if there are any behavioral issues with your particular dog. I have an SUV and can fit your dog in to go to any activity.

Liam shows great love and care for his family dog, a 125 pound shepherding dog, the Akbash breed. When home, he willingly walks the family dog for at least an hour a day. Liam knows how to play and have fun with his dog. Our family dog adores Liam.

I have a large yard that is fenced with the invisible fence system, but there is also a partially enclosed patio where the furry friends can hang out. I prefer the pets to be house trained.

A typical day
I love to go on walks or runs! Often I will take the dogs I watch to the Washington Arboretum or Volunteer Park. Morning at Volunteer park is great in a great time to play with other dogs (if your pet can handle it). We can also visit smaller beach parks to do practice water retrieving.

Availability
Currently, I am working part-time and taking classes online before I begin grad school in the fall. Right now I have time for hour-long walks or runs. I am available to watch your pet most times of the day (even on long weekends!). I'm pretty flexible!
