William provided excellent care for my puppy, going above and beyond to keep me informed. He even stayed late to keep Micah company while I was at work. Absolutely would ask William back in the future!

William was top knotch, professional and sent me updates continously while we were away. I prepared a detailed schedule for food, medications and a pet inhaler for my dogs because 2 of them are in their last year of life. In total he watched 3 of my fur babies and all of them took to William easily when we met for a meet and great, days before we were set to leave out of town. We had a flight delay when we were heading home and William went above and beyond with his understanding and stayed a little longer to ensure the dogs were taken care of until we got home. This was my first time ever using this type of service so I was extremly nervouse. 2 of my dogs have health issues, its during the holidays but this trip was an important one for our family. My father-in-law recently passed and we needed to attend this gathering for a Celebration of Life. I've never left my dogs with anyone that wasn't a family member and I didn't plan on leaving them since 2 of them are suffering from health issues. William really did a good job and made me feel very comfortable and at peace by constantly communicating with me, sending me text message updates, photos and videos of the dogs and how they were doing. I HIGHLY recommend William and will absolutley be using him again in the future if I ever need to go out of town for any reason.
