William was really good at providing updates throughout the day. He did his best to calm and settle our puppy who is a bit wary of strangers, and he took steps to keep her anxiety level as low as possible by giving her time to acclimatise to the new person in the house. I hope that with time they become good friends, this was our first time having a sitter and although by the end of it our pup would let William pat her, she was still a little nervy at pick up. I’m confident that William couldn’t have done more to make her feel safe and relaxed and I am very grateful to him for going at her pace.
