Pet care experience
I’ve helped my neighbors pet and house sit for 2 years and want to expand outside the neighborhood. Pets are members of the family and I treat them as such. I love getting to know pets on a personal level and understanding them and their needs. I give peace of mind so that you can travel without worry!

William arrived early, did all the tasks which were asked of him, connected immediately with all 3 dogs, walked the dogs, and sent us multiple status updates daily. What else could one ask for!
We have used pet/house sitters for over 40 years and I can honestly say we've never had anyone we've felt better about trusting our loved ones and home with than William! He is mature, open, honest, very reliable, and really worked to get everything right. We could not have been more pleased. Also, it is perfect that he can work remotely from our home and really spend time here with all our pets. We highly recommend this lovely young man.
So glad we found William! He took the time to come out to meet us and our 3 pups two different times before our trip to ensure he understood how to take care of them and that they and we were comfortable with him. He was understanding of our special needs (we have an older beagle and a younger, anxiety prone "Covid-baby" beagle mix - which makes for long pet sitting hours and fewer hours they can be left home alone). While we were gone, he was GREAT with letting us know when he was going to be away from the house - went above and beyond in that measure I would say. This was very welcome and much appreciated as we also had some anxiety leaving the ladies because they've not been without us for a few years. William took the time to send videos and pictures, and even let the pups borrow his throw blanket when they decided they liked his blanket more than their own! William kept us updated on when they were fed, napping, and going down for the night. He spent the night at our home most of the time we were away and the night he didn't, he let us know when he was leaving and returning - making sure to leave later and be in early to ensure the girls were well taken care of and not penned for too long. He even took out the smelly trash we forgot to empty before leaving, ran the dishwasher, and brought in a package of treats for the girls so they could enjoy while we were gone. We are grateful for William's care and attention to detail, thoroughness, and loving our girls! They were all very happy, relaxed, and fine when we got home. They were immediately smitten with him, which says a lot because our Covid baby tends to bark and be standoffish to anybody new. Would absolutely recommend William to anyone needing a pet / home sitter. Bonus points that he works from home and can provide that "I'm home with you" comfort for the dogs since they've gotten so used to us being home. Thank you, William, for loving our fur babies!! Would not hesitate to have you stay with us again!
We have lived two doors from Will for over ten years. We got a cat about two years ago, and usually were able to find someone to check on her over a few days. That was more difficult on a 2 1/2 week west coast visit one winter. Luckily we thought of Will, who was glad to help us out. He not only fed and watered Delilah, along with handling the litter box, he took the time to play with her and sent pics and videos of her activities. Looking at the photos he sent us made us realize that he really cared about Delilah, and it wasn't just a job. He really made an effort to establish trust with her, which continues to date. Courteous, on time, cheerful, and reliable all describe his character. He is a major factor in Delilah's care. I know he will treat other pets the same way.

A typical day
A typical day of pet sitting is taking breaks from working on the computer to go for a walk or play. It helps keep me active focused too! I do not usually transport pets but I do have the space and availability to if that is something you would like.
