I was out of town for 6 night and this was my first time using Rover. And I would certainly do it again! Very convenient and easy way to check on your pets. William took Gyro on several walks during his stay and was very responsive to my text messages and sent photos throughout the stay. He was responsible and Gyro really seemed to enjoy his time with William and his roommate. He gave him the food as scheduled (I separated it out in baggies) and he made sure to check with me if it was ok to walk another dog with Gyro. I would definitely leave Gyro with William again if I went out of town.

William was fantastic! We had to evacuate from hurricane Irma, and were in a situation with regards to boarding our dogs. William squeezed us in at the last minute and took great care of our girls. He sent us updates, videos, and called when our Boston was overly anxious. Totally recommend William, and if we're ever in ATL again with the girls, we will be calling him.
