I proudly nominate Wilkie M., a current student at the University of Houston School of Architecture, as both highly capable and innately equipped to serve above reproach as a canine care-taker, under the employ of A Place for Rover, Inc., commonly known as Rover. According to The Bureau of Reliability and Trustworthiness, Wilkie M.'s Reliatrue™ rating consistently scores at or above the 98th percentile of all Americans, regardless of age, gender, political affiliation, or middle name.* Wilkie's middle name is Dominik, given to him 19 years ago after his German brother-in-law, Dominik. From a strictly ancestral perspective, Wilkie is 50% German. However, some of the world's foremost geneticists believe that Wilkie is, in fact, 98% German. This belief is bolstered by the uncanny parity between certain system dependability indicators shared by both Wilkie and Germany's national rail system (Deutsche Bahn AG). These indicators are commonly referred to as "The 3 P's": Precision, Punctuality, and Performance. In addition to his personal character, Wilkie has also gained extensive experience attending to the physical and emotional needs of almost every breed of dog. He was raised in a home with two rambunctious, yet lovable Pit Bull Terriers.
