Pet care experience
As a pet sitter with 8 years of experience, I have a wealth of knowledge and skills when it comes to caring for a variety of dog breeds. One thing that sets me apart from other sitters is my ability to provide personalized care for each individual pup. I understand that no two animals are the same and strive to cater to the specific needs and preferences of each animal in my care. I do not know bad weather! Rest assured, if you book a walk with me, we will have fun outside, rain or shine! I am also the proud owner of a 2 year old female corgi, so I have firsthand experience caring for a high energy breed and can provide plenty of playtime and exercise for any furry friends in my care. In addition to my general pet care experience, I also have a little experience training puppies and providing care for senior pets. I have a particular soft spot for young pups and am knowledgeable about the specific care and attention they require growing up.

My partner and I needed a sitter to watch our 7-month-old French bulldog during work hours for several days and we were so happy to have found Wiebke and her boyfriend! With Pebbles being so young, our sitter needed to provide 24/7 supervision. Preferably, someone with a friendly dog of their own to allow Pebbles to socialize. Wiebke checked all those boxes and then some. Wiebke is punctual, friendly, and communicative. She did a fantastic job caring for our puppy- we will certainly book with her in the future!
Wiebke was great - easy to schedule a meet and greet with and very communicative and responsive. Chepi wanted to go back inside with Wiebke when I picked her up, which says a lot!
Wiebke was amazing. Not only did she engage my pups with fun activities every day she was also very flexible when I accidentally chose the wrong dates. My pups loved her sweet dog Loki too. Wiebke was excellent with communication and sent me regular updates. I will continue to call on Wiebke for as long as she will have us as clients when I need to be away for work! Thank you!

I live in a dog friendly apartment close to both parks and great walks by the water. My 2 year old corgi lady is friendly around other dogs and enjoys walks, playing fetch and doing puzzle games. As a pet sitter, the wellbeing of you pup is my highest priority. Ideally we'd give them a chance to get to know me before you leave them alone with me for the first time. Since I have a dog on my own, I must insist that your pup is current on all their vaccinations.

A typical day
Having raised a high energy breed myself I know how important both physical and mental stimulation are for dogs. Our days are structured around walks, playtime, puzzle games and short training sessions (nice puppy behavior and tricks).

I am working remotely, so my schedule is wide open and can be adapted to your and your pup's needs. I am happy to schedule last minute walks/check-ins whenever necessary.
