Pet care experience
hello! i’m whit (they/them) :) I've been working in the veterinary care field for 7 years, pet care is my passion! My skills in the work force can translate well into handling elderly, sick or recovering pets. ask me about my nail trimming services! I’ve been offering dog walking and pet sitting as a side job for over ten years. I enjoy doing trails or hikes with the dogs - distance depending on dog’s capability and temperature. Sidewalk walks are great too! I can do short runs also, great for high energy working dogs. Can have dogs in my car, if needed. Will always keep treats on me for positive reinforcement of good behaviour! I have benny bully’s liver treats and royal canin hydrolyzed protein treats for those allergy dogs :) feel free to provide your pets favourite snacks :) I can maintain and help construct training protocols and reinforcement. let me know what works for your pet!

My cat is old and wary of strangers. But Whit knew how to handle her and was able to give her a few pets and some treats. It means a lot to me to have someone who understands my cat’s boundaries and will respect them when the cat says no more
