I am in an apartment, but the gated dog park is right below me. I also have trails around my apartment community & my community is gated. I do have two cats but they grew up w/ dogs & I think they miss them since they use to snuggle w/ them. If I am in a persons home, I respect all rules they have laid out for their animals. Like is said I do firmly believe that animals are part of a the family. If the family has them crate trained I will put them back in the crate per their requirements. Since I have had dogs for 15 yrs up until recently I do have some training skill set. But honestly I will do exactly what the Animal Parent wants me to do.
