Pet care experience
I have been training dogs for 6 years, I have spent the past couple years working in rescue so I can also train during a visit! I am a retired veteran and have access to Columbus AFB! During a stay I can potty train and work on basic commands, during a stay or walk I can work on leash training! I have 2 dogs with medical conditions so I am experienced with medication administration and I also worked for a vet clinic! I’ve worked in rescue so I also do well with shy or “difficult to deal with” dogs!

Whitney is such a gem. She was reliable and dependable. This was only our second time to use someone from Rover. The first experience was not a great one, to say the least. So, we were a little hesitant, but Whitney did not disappoint. Bear and Lucy were looked after, and I got updates daily with pictures. Both dogs are older with a few health issues (nothing serious) but Whitney seemed to understand and gave them the medication when needed. I hope to use Whitney the next time we need a sitter. I hope she is still available. I recommend her highly.
We are comfortable leaving our babies in Whitney’s hands. She does great! Repeat customers!

Please let me know if your dog has special needs such as allergies or specific feeding times or medication! I can work with whatever I just need a heads up! If your dog has a bad habit that is perfectly okay just let me know so I can keep an eye out.
A typical day
We spend most of our time on nice days outside playing fetch or just hanging out in the yard! When we’re inside we use enrichment toys and treats! Walks around the neighborhood are almost daily (barring days when the sidewalk would burn feet)
