Pet care experience
I am recently retired from Co-Founding a dog rescue and would love to put my knowledge to use! I'm known among friends, family, and even strangers for being an AVID dog lover, advocate, and rescuer when needed. I have experience with medical dogs, giving medication, and changing bandages/wound cleaning. I personally have a blind dog whom I rescued sick and cared for through surgically having her eyes removed. I am a reliable and trustworthy dogsitter among my friends, family, and past adopters. Dogs are part of my family, and I will treat and love your pet just like they're my own while with me!

I prefer to follow owners guidelines and training upon where the dog(s) is kept, for how long, and in what manner. I can crate if preferred. If training practice is wanted then I will do that after learning the correct signs/signals/sayings/words etc.

Availability
I'm currently a stay at home Mom and have a very flexible schedule. I'm very active and walk, hike, and "adventure" regularly. I use seat belts in my vehicle when traveling and always carry water, and a first aid kit with me at all times. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and can handle both dog-friendly and dog-agressive dogs with ease. I prefer martingale style collars but will use whatever method the owners prefers. I do not use retractable leashes at all.
