Pet care experience
As an adoption counselor in the shelter, all of the animals were my babies. I've moved on from the shelter, but in your home, it's still no different: all pets are my babies! I've spent four years in the animal shelter environment as an adoption counselor handling dozens of tasks, all toward the simple goal of making a better life for our animals. I now work as a receptionist at a local animal hospital. Having walked hundreds of dogs with hundreds of different personalities, I'm an experienced dog-walker and handler. I know how to operate a gentle leader, harness, and a slip lead. I'm an experienced cat handler (and lover) too! Most importantly, I know how to handle animals themselves: with patience, love, and care. Your pet is your child; unfortunately life tends to get in the way of being with them as much as you would like (read: every second of every day). Trusting someone else with your pet is a huge deal, but if you feel ready, please contact me today!

I am happy to help your pet feel at home at all times. If you need a drop-in, I promise your home will be just as you left it.
Information Whitney C. would like to know about your pet
It's better and safer for everyone if I know as much as I can about your dog, quirks and all (and know your dog is loved regardless). If your dog likes to greet people with his mouth, or really likes to jump when he meets me, I'd prefer to know beforehand so that I'm prepared. I have no breed preferences, but if there's information specific to your dog's breed that you feel I need know, please don't hesitate to inform me.
A typical day
If your baby loves a simple stroll around the neighborhood, then that's where we'll go. If they have a different place to sniff the grass, I can help with that too! We'll have all sorts of fun. We can run around and play, or if your dog is more of a serious sniffer, we can make plenty of time for that.
