Pet care experience
I have multiple years of both professional and personal dog care experience. From being a kennel assistant, a vet assistant, and through Rover. Some of my experience included grooming and I am willing to bathe your dog, if wanted. I currently own a terrier mix and a Border Collie. I also have experience taking care of a German Shepherd, a Doberman, and have puppysat multiple other breeds. I've been around dogs of various sizes, from 5 pounds to 95 pounds, and can handle them all. One of my personal favorite pastimes is teaching my dogs new tricks and games, like hide and seek. I love dogs and want to make sure they are well taken care of, since they definitely deserve it :). I'll try to take as great care of your pup as I do with mine and would hope someone would taking care of them.

Whitney is amazing with animals. When she watched my dog, Sunny, for 3 days Whitney took excellent care of her. She went over and above what was expected. Sunny was bathed and brushed when we got home which couldn't have been an easy task since she is a 60 pound German Shepherd. We were very happy with the care Whitney provided. I definitely highly recommend Whitney Boldery for any animal services she provides.
Whitney is the ultimate caregiver. She is exceptional in all aspects of caring for dogs. She has a natural love for dogs, which they sense and respond to. No one could ask for a better person to care for their dog. I have seen her interaction with her own dog and she is exceptional. She goes above and beyond in caring for them. Whitney has our dog for a few days because I trust her caregiver values. She took great exceptional care in feeding schedule and frequent walking exercise for our dog. He was very happy and well taken care of. If anyone needs someone that they can trust in caring for their dog, I highly recommend Whitney.

Drop-in visits: Take a walk to stimulate your dog both mentally and physically so they can relax a little easier. Make sure they use the bathroom (and clean it up!). Finally, check water levels and give correct amount of food (if any). Walks: Spend a few minutes with them before walking to make sure they're comfortable and ready to go. Make sure they go potty before coming back home, and ensure that anything else requested is taken care of before I leave (water or put back in crate/kennel).

I would like to know their usual energy level and general personality traits. Meal routines, commands they listen to, and when/if they get treats. Any other special needs or requirements they might need.
A typical day
I enjoy exercising a dog's brain through puzzles, teaching tricks, and playing games. We'll also take walks through the neighborhood to explore new scents and get out some energy. If a fenced-in yard is available then we can spend time outside playing fetch or just soaking up the sun.

Availability
I work part-time on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I am open to providing walks and drop-in visits from Sunday through Wednesday during normal work day hours (7am-5pm).
