Animals love me and I love them. I have 2 dogs of my own (Great Pyrenees - GIANT and Pomeranian - tiny) and 2 cats. My dogs are a part of my family, and while I'm taking care of your dogs, I will treat them the same! That being said, I have used Rover a number of times to find someone to care for my girls when I have been away. I know from personal experience that it can be very difficult and a bit unnerving to find someone you trust enough to care for your pets and home while you're away. I know the traits in a person that I want when looking for care, so I will provide those for you. I'll give your pets all the attention they want and need. I will be in communication with you sending updates. I will bring in your mail, water your plants, and do whatever is needed to ensure that you are worry-free. I am comfortable caring for animals in all shapes and sizes and at all life stages. I am more than happy to give references if needed!

Whitley is consistent and very reliable. I can tell that she loves animals and they love her back. My puppy Logan is happy to have her check in on him when i am away and i feel very safe leaving him with her.

Whitley was amazing. This was my first time using Rover. I was in a bind and needed someone to check in on my new puppy. She answered the call above and beyond. She came out before the visit to meet my dog Logan and to introduce herself. He loved her right away and she was very pleasant. She took great care of him and I will definitely be using her again. I have no breed preferences. I am comfortable with dogs of all personalities. I think it is important to understand how your dog will react in different situations. For example, good around kids? good around other dogs? etc. Don't worry, if the answer is no, I have plenty of experience doing walks while avoiding potential obstacles.
A typical day
Let me know what makes your dog happy, and we will do that. I find that animals are happier when they stick to their normal routines. If your pet is accustomed to going on an afternoon walk through town, we'll do that. If he prefers to play ball in the back yard, we'll do that.
