Pet care experience
There were multiple cats and dogs in my home growing up. Prior to marriage and kids I would volunteer at my local humane society walking dogs and cleaning the facility. I adopted a companion in my early 20s and spent the next 18 years learning, embracing, and gaining a deep seeded respect for the bond we form with our pets. Whenever Wes meets my two dogs, the first thing he does is squat down on the floor and let them greet him - which involves a lot of barking, sniffing and eventual head rubs and treats. I love the fact that he introduces himself to the dogs on their terms. Wes really understands dogs and does a great job caring for them. He's a sensitive and compassionate caregiver.
