Pet care experience
PLEASE NOTE I come along with Henry the black lab mix - 2 years old, 58 pounds. He loves other dogs and other humans. Are you and your pets ok with another dog at your house? About me: single homeowner. Have lived with large dogs my whole life, usually two at a time. I have the most experience working with sporting or working dogs - I love training and flyball exercises - but love hanging with all kinds of dogs. My last two years in between dogs of my own, I've been caring for friends' dogs (or Rover clients’ dogs) in their homes when they travel. Nowadays I can stay at your place (and take in your mail and water your plants) as long as your dog doesn’t mind Henry as company. We look forward to meeting you!

Wendy is the BEST PET SITTER! I can't say enough good things about what a caring, attentive, patient, conscientious sitter she is. My dog is not dog-friendly, can't go to dog parks, is a pain to take on walks, and Wendy is his favorite person. She takes the time to understand your pet and work within whatever parameters they need!
Wendy watched our dog, Kona, for a long weekend while we were out of town. She was a great in-home dog-sitter. We received pictures every day while we were gone and we came home to a very content (and well-exercised) pup. We would certainly use Wendy again as we know both Kona and our home were in good hands while we were away. Thanks, Wendy!
Wendy was fabulous!! She stayed with our pup Koda for a full week and photos and updates regularly. Koda was very well looked after and so was our house. Will definitely be using her again in the future!

A typical day
Given your permission and the appropriate dog temperament, we can walk around the lakes, along the Mississippi, or at Fort Snelling and other state parks. We can go to a dog park, hang out on the dog patio at The Howe, practice obedience commands, play fetch. Belly rubs and snuggles.

I am currently doing contract work from home, so my schedule is very flexible. With my own dog, I have breakfast and dinner times, a walk sometime during the day, and a dog park visit sometime during the day.
