Pet care experience
We had a cocker spaniel dog called Pepper since she was a puppy. Sadly, Pepper passed away in 2016 at the age of 14. We are unable to have a dog due to our work and family commitments. We always look after our friends dogs when they are on holiday during summer break up. We enjoy lots of walking but not the same without the dogs. Thought about joining Rover that we could take owners dogs lots of walking and give them lots of love and cuddles. I am on a career break from teaching job, so I am able to look after a guest dog in the weekdays and weekend.

I can't rate Wendy and Mike highly enough. Their communication, flexibility, and kindness to our older, anxious, rescue dog has been second to none, and he was definitely looked after like a member of the family. We had zero worries whilst we were away knowing he was in such safe hands. Thank you so much!
As usual Douglas had a wonderful time! He was shattered when he returned to us from a weekend at Wendi's, which is always a sign a spaniel has been well looked after :)

I don't mind looking after any cross breeds/breeds dogs as long as they are friendly or not dangerous other dogs or people/children. Also I can look after dogs with special needs.
A typical day
There is a huge field at the back, I usually take dogs twice a day for 30-45 min walk. I enjoy throwing the balls and hide and seek with dogs. Also I always bring a bottle of water in case the dogs became thirsty.

I have plenty of times to play with dogs also take dogs for a short/long walk also I love a fresh air despite wet or cold weather. Also I make sure dogs feel loved and comfortable like a home.
