Pet care experience
I had a dog for 15 amazing years. There were times I had to board her in a person’s home, so I understand that your baby needs a safe and nurturing home away from home. It meant the world to me when I received regular photos, and I could tell when I picked my dog up if she had a good time. I grew up with pets and have experience with all sizes and breeds. In my home growing up and as an adult in my home, the dog was a member of the family and was treated as such. I pledge to do the same when entrusted with your pet.

Another amazing stay with Wendy and her family! There aren’t enough words to express how amazing, loving, and kind Wendy and her family are with Lola. So many cuddles and play time, and plenty of photo/video updates along the way. We truly feel like they are Lola’s second home!
Wendy was the best Rover I’ve ever experienced!! She was amazing with my two dogs and sent daily updates with photos and videos. I truly felt my dogs were apart of her family while I was away. Highly recommend.
Wendy and her family are absolutely amazing! We just left our dog Lola with them for about a week while we were away. Wendy and her husband asked all the right questions to make sure Lola would be happy and comfortable in their home; some of the questions I wouldn’t even think of! I could immediately tell that Wendy is such a kind, caring, and sweet person who really loves dogs. We knew Lola was having a blast at Wendy’s home from all the photos/videos/updates we got daily. Wendy and her family gave Lola endless amounts of attention, cuddles, play time, and care. My husband and I were fully able to enjoy our trip because we felt SO happy and at ease leaving Lola with Wendy. We will definitely have Lola stay with Wendy and her family again - Lola can’t wait! Thank you so much Wendy! ?☺️?

I offer boarding in my home where the pet is treated as a member of the family and welcome in every room. Getting out and walking the dog is my favorite part of the day! I do not have other pets, nor do I have small children.

Please let me know if your pup has special needs or medication that needs to be delivered. I cared for my own dog until she was 15 years old and had to administer several medications on a regular schedule in her senior years. I am happy to do the same for your dog if needed.
A typical day
I will treat your pet as I would want my pet to be treated. That means you can count on regular walks and plenty of time to sniff around and explore. It also means that when we are in the home, if the pet wants to be my my side, on the couch, or wherever I am, that’s where they can be. If your dog is trained to not be on furniture, then just let me know, and I’ll make sure to keep to their routine. Also, please be sure to pack the dog's brush when you bring them for boarding, and I will be happy to give them a good brushing!

I telework, and I am off during the weekends. I travel for work at times, so there may be days when I am not available. The weight range on Rover is broad, from 41-100 pounds, but I can only manage a dog up to 60 pounds.
