I've had cats and dogs (and other small furry critters since I was in HS. I love caring for animals. It has always been a joy to care for my own or others. For this last Thanksgiving we had a Foster puppy here as well as our neighbors dog and it was a lot of fun. Everyone, had fun, even the cats.

Wendy takes excellent care of my pup, Josie, and Josie adores her! It’s such a relief to have an overnight option that is not a kennel.
My pets loved staying with Wendy and her family!!! Wendy is very laid back and welcomed my Springers and made them feel right at home. She was very communicative and sent me lots of updates! It was so nice not to worry about them feeling lonely or stressed in the kennel. Definitely made the process of leaving them so easy. :))

I have a fenced in backyard and currently 1 foster puppy and 2 cats (who stay to themselves). We have puppy gates as well as doors we can close if we want to keep the dogs with us. We also have a med/large crate, if a pet prefers it. We would never leave you animal alone without checking your preference first.

I welcome any pups that may have extra needs. Once you explain what they need (medicine, extra potty breaks, or something else) I am happy to make sure they get what they need and of course give them lots love as well.
A typical day
I love to play out in the back yard with the pups. We also have a bunch of great area’s to walk both short and long. Indoors is fun as well , we have a bunch of toys and live to cuddle on the couch with them.

I'm currently homeschooling my youngest child, who is in HS so my time is very flexible. Weekdays or weekends, I am available and most evenings as well.
