Wendy watched our pups over a holiday weekend and kept them safe and happy. She kept the house completely clean and made sure these little door darting buttheads never escaped. Thank you!

We hired Wendy for a few drop-in visits and some house sitting at our place. She did a good job on the drop-in visits taking our two fur babies out and feeding our puppy. However, our vacation with her house sitting at our home did not go well at all. We hired her with the understanding she would be able to be in our home the majority of the time and would be able to follow our pups schedule and keep them comfortable during trip. It turned out that she was gone for most of the day leaving our 5 month old puppy in her crate for over 10 hours out of 14 hours in the daytime, they were fed 2 hours later than their normal dinnertime, and there was hardly any communication during the first day of her being gone. When we reached out asking how things were going we didn't hear back for several hours, and when we did we gathered more information that made us more uncomfortable and ultimately made the decision to end our vacation early for my partner to get home to them. Although the bare minimum of feeding and potty time was taken care of, that is not why we hired a personal rover sitter. Otherwise, we would have boarded them or had a family member just stop in. We calmly explained the frustration we felt and it turned into personal attacks and a disregard for the schedule we had gone over with her and our expectations. The bottom line is there was no communication that our schedule and expectations were not going to be met. If you're looking for someone to stay around and love on your babies to make them comfortable while you're gone, I would not recommend her.
