Pet care experience
Our family loves dogs! We previously had a Cockapoo and a Labrador but currently we have two Doodles that bring us great joy as part of our family. I love to walk with dogs and we have a quiet neighborhood with lots of walking opportunities nearby in our neighborhood and in parks. I will shower your furry family member with attention, touch and play. We have a fenced in backyard for easy outdoor access for relieving and spontaneous play. Our backyard is home to many small critters for doggie interests and tracking. We spend lots of time in our backyard as the weather permits for ball throwing and games with our canine companions. My husband and I share the dog care as I work 4 days A week away from home. He is currently working primarily from home. We use gates, rooms, or crates to separate dogs when they are eating or when they are left at home when we are out of our home.

Wendy is the best! Our doodle can’t wait to go to her house and stay with her family and is always sad when it’s time to leave. I can relax knowing our dog is in the best care when we are out of town. We couldn’t be happier!
Sunday always loves staying with Wendy. She has so much fun playing with Bergen and all the other dogs!
I felt very relaxed knowing my dogs were getting love and care while I was gone. Wendy was great giving a multitude of meds to my diabetic dog and she kept us updated with pictures.

I would like to know their social temperament with other dogs, accident frequency and overall health, whether they are leash trained, and any anxieties the dog is prone to experience. I ask for their daily schedule and any “quirks” they may have. I will have treats available, so I also ask about allergies.
A typical day
I most often walk various routes through our neighborhood but also live close to Hyland Park and Lake Normandale. We have many toys available for play but often times dogs most enjoy searching through our yard and playing chase games.
